Breathing Light is a healing arts clinic in the lively capitol city of Montpelier, Vermont. We maintain a nurturing and peaceful Chinese Medical clinic with a full herbal pharmacy to help you meet your needs for competent, caring alternative healthcare.

Breathing Light co-ordinates and maintains a pilates program at the First in Fitness studio with classes ranging from Essential Pilates courses for those new to pilates to intermediate/advanced classes.
