

The Body Conditioning classes at Breathing Light are classes designed to warm you up, get your heart rate elevated and strengthen and stretch your musculature.
These classes may include the use of small weights, stability balls, flex bands and other small equipment to provide resistance for opingimum strength.
These are all-in-one classes that provide health benefits to people of all ages and incorporate the three aspects of exercise health; cardiovascular challenge, strength training and stretching.
