

Transitional Daily Life Movement
Do you have trouble getting up and down from the floor? How do I stand up from lying on the floor or sitting in a chair without effort? Do you want to improve in some of the most fundamental movements in life by working smarter without working harder?
Life is about being present, and one of the things we do a lot and don't notice is transition from one set place or position to another. These transitions, lying to sitting, sitting to standing, either from the floor or a chair are usually taken for granted until something goes wrong.
The Feldenkrais-Method can teach us to find new or "forgotten" ways to improve these movements. Come to this Feldenkrais workshop to rediscover some of the basic movements that you use every day!
You do not need prior Feldenkrais experience to enjoy these workshops. Please wear easy to move in clothing. Mats and blankets are provided though you may bring your own.
