Studio Rentals

Breathing Light features two beautiful and airy studio spaces. Both are available to rent for classes and workshops.

Both rooms are elegant in their simplicity, with newly finished hardwood floors, tasteful wall hangings, no street noise or other distractions. Each studio has its own thermostat for temperature control and a media-ready iPod sound system and CD player. These are two of the finest practice spaces in Montpelier.


Studio One (Second Floor) : $25/hour

A 30-foot by 14-foot space with mirrored walls and large windows that admit a flood of natural light. Artificial mood lighting is fully adjustable. Studio is equipped with exercise balls, an assortment of weights, Pilates mats, Yoga mats, blocks, blankets and other props. Changing rooms and cubbies available for clients.




Studio Two (Third Floor) : $20/hour

A 22-foot by 12-foot space without mirrors. Large windows allow an extraordinary inflow of natural light. Studio overlooks the Winooski River and offers total privacy and quiet. Fully equipped with Pilates mats, Yoga mats and props. This studio is conveniently located adjacent to therapy treatment rooms.





Treatment Room Rentals




Our treatment rooms are tucked away on the top floor of the "old depot building", nestled high above the city of Montpelier, overlooking the Winooski River. We have created soft, nurturing surroundings for optimum relaxation and comfort.

All of our treatment rooms are simple and clean, and include the use of a quiet, peaceful waiting area overlooking the river. Two rooms have state of the art massage tables, ipod/CD players, and tasteful nature-themed artwork. Windows with adjustable shades and curtains allow for desired light. Rooms are 10'x 8' and 8'x 8'. Renters bring their own sheets. Blankets, pillows and bolsters are provided.

Studio 2 is used for Thai massage and Shiatsu (see description above). Two windows overlooking the river frame a large print of an ocean wave. Lighting is adjustable through use of overhead lights, floor lamps and adjustable window shades. A Shiatsu/Thai mat is available for use.
